How to Enroll in 5 Steps
Follow this straightforward process to secure your place in the CCS Department. Each step is designed to be completed quickly and conveniently online.

Submit Online Application
Visit the CCS Admissions Portal and fill out the online application form. Choose your desired program (BSCS, BSIT, or ACT), provide personal and academic information, and upload a recent 2×2 ID photo. The form takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete.

Upload Required Documents
Log in to the portal and upload scanned copies of all required documents. Ensure files are clear, legible, and in PDF or JPG format. Incomplete submissions will be returned for correction – double-check the requirements checklist before submitting.

Take the Entrance Examination
After document verification, you will receive a confirmation email with your exam schedule. The CCS Admission Exam covers Mathematics, English proficiency, Abstract Reasoning, and basic Computing Aptitude. The exam is offered both online and on-campus.

Attend Program Orientation & Interview
Qualified applicants are invited to a program orientation session where you will meet faculty, learn about curriculum expectations, and participate in a brief personal interview. This helps us understand your goals and ensures the right program fit for your background.

Pay Fees & Confirm Enrollment
Upon acceptance, pay your enrollment fees through any accredited payment channel (GCash, bank transfer, over-the-counter). Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your student ID number, section assignment, and class schedule via your registered email.

- Senior High School Diploma / Certificate of Completion
- Accomplished Application Form (downloadable from portal)
Transferees
- Honorable Dismissal from previous institution
- Official Transcript of Records (OTR) – certified true copy
- Course Description / Syllabus of previously taken subjects
- PSA-issued Birth Certificate (original or certified copy)

Yes. CCS accepts graduates from all Senior High School strands. However, applicants from non-STEM strands may be required to take bridging subjects during the first semester to build foundational computing knowledge.
The exam is designed to assess aptitude, not prior computing knowledge. It covers high-school-level math, logical reasoning, and English comprehension. A score of 70% or above is typically required for admission.
CCS accepts approximately 120 students per program (BSCS, BSIT, and ACT) per year, divided across two sections. Slots are awarded strictly on the basis of exam results and documentary completeness.
Program shifting is allowed after completing at least one semester. Applicants must file a shifting form, meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.50, and obtain department head approval. Shifted units are evaluated for credit transfer.
Yes. CCS offers CHED scholarships, institutional merit grants, and the government's UNIFAST Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES). Additional industry-sponsored scholarships are available through our partner companies. Visit the Scholarships Office for details.
You may submit a Conditional Enrollment request along with a written explanation and expected availability date. Conditional enrollees must complete all requirements within 30 days of the enrollment period or risk losing their slot.
